Dahlia is a mindful audio journal designed to help you pause, reflect, and grow. Start each entry with a guided meditation to ground yourself, using a timer to log mindful minutes in Apple Health.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EXISTING USERS:
This new multiplatform app replaces the original Apple Watch-only Dahlia app, which has been retired from the App Store. Dahlia remains Apple Watch-first, retaining the features you love, while the iPhone app, though basic for now, provides a solid foundation for future updates in 2025 and beyond.
How it works on Apple Watch (see screenshots above):
1. Choose a Meditation Session Duration.
2. Find Calmness through Deep Breathing.
3. Record Your Grounded Message.
4. Keep Track of Your Recorded Messages.
5. Listen to Your Recorded Message.
6. Return Daily to Reflect on Your Day.
DATA HANDLING:
1. Your data in Dahlia, including recorded messages, is securely linked to your Apple ID profile.
2. Meditation sessions are saved as mindful minutes in Apple’s Health app to support your mental wellness.
3. Audio messages are stored locally on your Apple Watch and automatically deleted after six days to encourage regular journaling and mindfulness practice.
